Rules & Requlations

The user should read all of these terms & conditions carefully before using this web site.
 
The following terms and conditions will be considered to have been accepted by the User on usage of this website. XSoft Solutions Inc. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions applicable to this service upon notice to you at any time. These modifications may include, without limitation, payment for the Services. You will be provided notice of any such modification by electronic mail or by publishing the changes on our websites http://www.xsoftsolutions.com/ or http://www.xsoftpr.com/. Your continued use of the Service after notice of any change to the Terms will be deemed to be your agreement to the amended terms. 

XSoft Solutions Inc. requires that its agreements be made with a person who is qualified to contract. As such, subscriber must be over the age of eighteen (18) years. Otherwise, a parent or guardian must accept this agreement and enclose the proper payment. XSoft Solutions Inc. cannot accept payments from persons who are not at least eighteen (18) years of age, nor can we accept agreements from persons who are not at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Customer agrees to defend, hold harmless and expeditiously indemnify XSoft Solutions Inc. from any liability, claim, loss, damage or expense arising out of the indemnifying party's breach or violation of any covenant contained in this Policy and resulting from the Customer's use of the service.

On occasion, XSoft Solutions Inc. may have a need to communicate with its customers through email issues related to billing, as well as changes, additions and modifications to the network. It is the responsibility of the customer to check email sent to the primary login email address on the account.

Access to Password Protected Areas 
Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the Web Site may be subject to prosecution. Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of XSoft Solutions Web Site is restricted to authorized users only.

1) User account of XSoft Solutions Inc. should be for exclusive use of one member.

2) Users must never try or intercept any information that has been restricted to them.

3) Every user is responsible for establishing his own account password and will never reveal it to other member(s) or person(s) outside/inside the user company.

Refunds

Within the first 30 days as a XSoft Solutions Inc. customer, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our weboffice or billing services, we will cancel your account and refund your money.

Subscription Fees and Payments
 If you elect not to pay such fees, XSoft Solutions Inc. shall have the right to cease providing such service to you and all data will be deleted from our servers.

Ownership
The software and/or service provided is owned and copyrighted by XSoft Solutions Inc. Your subscription confers no title to, or ownership. XSoft Solutions Inc. third party suppliers may protect their rights in the event of any violation of these terms.

Termination
XSoft Solutions Inc. may terminate your subscription upon notice for failure to comply with any of these terms. 

Warranties and Disclaimer

XSoft Solutions Inc. makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing. XSoft Solutions Inc. also disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. XSoft Solutions Inc. will not be responsible for damages the customer suffers. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, misdeliveries, or service interruptions caused by its own negligence, subscriber's errors or omissions, or due to the fault of third parties.

Except as expressly provided otherwise in a written agreement between XSoft Solutions Inc. and you, XSoft Solutions Inc. makes no warranty that (I) the service will meet your requirements, (II) the use of the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (III) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (IV) the quality of the service will meet your expectations, (V) any errors on the solutions will be corrected. Additionally XSoft Solutions Inc. is not responsible for any data loss.
