Do you offer a 15-day free trial period for new accounts?
No, but we offer something better a 100% free account.  

Can I replace the logo that appears on the login screen during the service usage?
Yes, once you register for your 100% free account go to "Configuration" to receive logo specifications and set your company logo.

How do I upgrade?
Once you register for your 100% free account go to "Upgrade your Account" and choose the plan that's right for you.

I have forgot my password, how do I sign-in again?
Click on the "Forgot Password" link in the "Sign In" area and follow the instructions.

Do you support recurring invoices?
Yes, we do support recurring invoices.

Do you store all emails that are sent through the service? 
We offer a reminder and notification module in order to track emails sent through the system.

Can the system send overdue reminders?
Yes, XSoft Billing can send overdue reminders automatically.

Does your service also help me track customer payments?
Yes, it shows the un-paid invoices and the ones for which payment has been received. It also tracks the amount paid and the outstanding balance for each and every invoice. XSoft Billing also help receive payments online.

What are the online payment service providers that you support?
Currently we have support for PayPal; we do have plans to support other payment service providers.

Will my data be safe and encrypted?
Yes, we provide free encryption to all our editions. All information is protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) with an encryption key length of 256 bits.
